So after about 2 years of slacking off, I found that my pants size increases by 4 (or 5 i just don't care). I was like "oh crap, gemok sial, dah la tak hensem, adoi" So recently, I decided to do something for a change. I went to the gym with my friends Dagu and Bangla (bukan nama sebenar). It was fun to realise that I couldn't even lift and balance a mere 5kg weight properly. I kept overlifting with my dominant hand, which I learned during my PE lessons is dangerous to the muscles/tendons/ligaments/whatever. The best part was that I didn't even do the cooling down exercise. I went home feeling all great and excited for being able to break some sweats after crappy years of hibernation. The next morning, the first words that came out was "ADOhyai" My arms, both of'em were in pain. I couldn't even straighten them. The maximum angle that I could form by trying to straighten my hands was app. 120 degrees. (for those who do not learn maths, the max angle for normal human being hands is 180 degrees.) so I went to the class acting all macho despite my unhandsomeness with my hands in the pockets. Thank God, it healed this morning, after 3 days of machoing around. Great. It was great. XD
