When You Read, You Better Understand It Y'know??

I've seen a lot of people throughout my life. By a lot I mean hell yeah, uncountable y'know?

Eventually, there're so many things that I couldn't comprehend, too.

as usual i'm not gonna be a gay/girl by writing a long blog so let's get to it shall we?

it's about the Holy Book. As Muslims, our Book is Quran, the book of guidance.

as for other religions, I'm sure you have your own Holy Books right?

Oh wait, who am I to write about the Holy Book? I'm gonna write about the people who read It.

I can see some of my friends like to read the Quran whenever they have the time.

That's a good thing? Yeah, I know.

But you see, the sad thing is "Sie verstehen nur Bahnhof!"

what's the point of reading when you've no clue at all?

It's rude and it's a pain to think that it's different when we read an academic book for the exam.

we read, read and read until we get what it really wanted say. We asked, we googled, we cried.

but, when we read the book given by the God, we just read it blindly.

And at the end of the day, we say: I'm a holyman, I read the Book of God (more than my room mate who does his prayer 10 times faster than me.)

don't give excuses such as "I didn't learn Arabic so it's useless." Says who?

Even 5 years of learning Arabic doesn't able me to understand more than half of the Quran.

it's just a matter of that we try our best to understand the things that we read and say.

not to read more and get nothing of it.

it's quite funny and yeah, pathetic when some of dudes that I know laughed to the fact that the Imam read the supposedly eating prayer during the Friday prayer.

you see, the eating prayer goes like this:

O Allah bless us, what you gave to us and may us be away from Hell's torture.

what part of it says "PLEASE READ WHEN YOU'RE EATING ONLY"??

I'll leave it to you guys to judge this but I'll say you gotta undesrtand what you read guys..
